Al Ma is a seasoned IT Cloud and Infrastructure Architect with over 20 years of experience in delivering ICT computer systems and security projects, primarily related to Citrix and Microsoft technologies. They have worked with diverse clients across sectors including telecommunications, healthcare, and banking. Al held prominent roles at Citrix, where they served as a Field Architect from 2010 to 2019, and is currently a Solution Engineer at Kasm Technologies. Al has also contributed as an Advisory IT Specialist at IBM and as a Systems Engineer at PCCW Solutions Limited. They hold a Master’s degree in Electronic Commerce from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and Business from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
