Durga Y

Durga Y has a diverse work experience in the field of data engineering. They started their career in 2013 as a SQL Server/SSIS/SSRS Developer at Kasmo, where they were involved in creating reports, building tables, and optimizing database structures. They also worked as a QA Analyst/ETL/SQL Tester, developing test cases and performing data quality analysis.

In 2018, Durga Y joined Ameren as an Azure Data Engineer, where they gained experience in migrating on-premises data to Azure Data Lake and creating pipelines using Azure Data Factory. They also implemented Data Factory Pipelines for daily full and incremental loads.

In 2021, Durga Y joined Hastings Mutual Insurance Company as an Azure Data Engineer. Here, they were involved in requirement gathering, business analysis, and development of business rules. They also built a common SFTP framework using Azure Data Factory and Snowflake.

Currently, Durga Y is working at Kasmo as an Azure Data Engineer, attending scrum calls, organizing and analyzing raw data, and developing and maintaining datasets. They have also designed table scripts for warehouses and built data systems and pipelines using technologies like ADF and PySpark. They have extensive experience in data transformation and data cleansing using Python and SQL.
