Kenneth David

Kenneth David is an experienced litigation partner at Kasowitz LLP since March 2008, specializing in complex litigations and arbitrations across antitrust, securities, insurance/reinsurance, and bankruptcy matters. Prior to this role, Kenneth served as an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from November 2003 to February 2008 and as a litigation associate at Fried Frank from September 1999 to April 2002. Kenneth's legal career began as a judicial law clerk for Hon. William H. Pauley III at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York from April 2002 to October 2003. Kenneth holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Bachelor's Degree from Queens College.
