The journey began with the creation of the first bottled Jallab for home preparation, soon expanding into a diverse range of concentrated syrups and flower extracts. This success established Kassatly Chtaura as a reputable and forward-thinking brand.

Built on a legacy of quality and market expertise, the company introduced Liqueurs in the 1980s, followed by Fruit Jams, Juices, and Smoothies in the 1990s. With a commitment to continuous innovation, Kassatly Chtaura launched Buzz, the first ready-to-drink vodka mix, at the turn of the millennium. Shortly after, Freez, a non-alcoholic carbonated fruit beverage, emerged as a global trendsetter.

In 2005, staying true to Akram Kassatly’s winemaking expertise from Dijon, Chateau Ka was established, producing premium wines that have earned international recognition across Lebanon, France, Canada, the USA, and the UK. The company further expanded its portfolio in 2014 with Beirut Beer, crafted with cutting-edge technology and exceptional quality to make a mark in the beer industry.

Responding to evolving market demands, Kassatly Chtaura introduced Mezza in 2018, a refreshing non-alcoholic malt beverage available in six flavors and designed for a low-calorie lifestyle.
