Eric Plotke

Eric provides governance and oversight to all of KAST’s field operations with a specific focus on scheduling, quality and safety assurance. Eric is a member of KASTs executive committee and brings over 30 years of experience to KAST.

Prior to joining KAST, Eric served as general superintendent at an ENR top 100 Construction Management firm for 17 years. Eric has built several landmark projects throughout south Florida including high rise condominiums, regional malls and upscale retail, multifamily, mixed use, healthcare, office, country clubs, museums, nuclear power plants, research and development facilities and sports and entertainment facilities.

Eric is a Licensed General Contractor (CGC 051920) and is KAST’s qualifying agent. Eric is active in numerous industry and charitable organizations.
