Neil Levy

Neil Levy has over 17 years of work experience in the construction industry. Neil began their career as a Project Manager at Coscan Construction Partners in 2005 and worked there until 2008. Neil then joined Coastal Construction Company as a Senior Project Manager, where they stayed for nine years. In 2017, they moved to Kast Construction as a Senior Project Manager and later took on the role of Project Executive. In 2019, they returned to Coastal Construction Company as a Project Executive. Currently, Neil serves as the Vice President of Operations at Kast Construction, a position they have held since February 2023.

Neil Levy obtained their first bachelor's degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering (Structures) from Florida International University, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they also attained a bachelor's degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Universidad Central de Venezuela, where they pursued their studies from 2001 to 2003.
