Igor Pavlenko

Igor Pavlenko's work experience includes being the CTO at Kasta, where they managed multiple teams and led the digital transformation of the company. Igor also served as the CTO at KastaPost, overseeing a team and leading the migration process to AWS services. Additionally, Igor was the CTO at KastaPay, where they managed a team and addressed business risks in the legacy system. Prior to their time at Kasta, Igor worked as the CTO at LeBoutique.com, where they managed various engineering teams and built an e-commerce platform. Igor also founded and served as the CTO of Gorod24, bringing the product to market quickly. Earlier in their career, Igor was the CEO of IKSO, a web development and design company that experienced significant growth under their leadership.

Igor Pavlenko obtained a Specialist degree in Software Engineering from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics in 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Equipment of processing and food industry from National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" in 2005 as well. In terms of additional certifications, Igor obtained a Zend Certified Engineer certification from Rogue Wave Software in 2020, and a Data Science. Math fundamentals certification from Projector School in 2018. Igor also holds certifications in Introduction to Bigdata and Hadoop from QALight in 2017, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from SCRUMguides in 2015, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from SCRUMguides in 2014, and Improving Service Delivery with Kanban Method from SCRUMguides in 2014.
