Rick Guillo

Rick Guillo is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in sales, business development, and strategic leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of North American Sales for Kastle Systems' Remote Video Guarding division, Rick was promoted from a decade-long role at CheckVideo, where significant contributions were made to business development. As the founder of Grateful Intentionality, Rick focuses on coaching and motivational speaking to foster meaningful relationships. Prior roles include Vice President of Business Development at CheckVideo, Business Advisor at Link2Labs, and Co-Founder and President of N2O Systems, Inc. Rick has also held leadership positions at Semarus Field Services, Experis, Orrtax Software Solutions, and Symantec. Rick holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business.
