Todd Burner

Todd Burner is currently the Chief Product Officer at Kastle. Todd has extensive experience in product management, product marketing, user experience and design, data science, customer success, professional services, and sales. From 2006 to 2018, they worked at CEB (now Gartner) as a group leader for talent management products and services. In this role, they were responsible for the growth and profitability of a $160 million business segment serving Chief Human Resource Officers and their teams. Todd managed a $20 million+ budget and team of 200+ employees across various product lines focused on understanding external labor markets, assessing candidates, optimizing workforce learning investments, and incorporating employee opinions into organizational improvement plans.

Prior to their work at CEB, Todd Burner served as the founder and CEO of Foundation Trust Mortgage, LLC from 2004 to 2006. Todd also worked as an associate at Ameriquest Capital Corporation from 2002 to 2004 and as a consultant at Mercer Management Consulting from 1999 to 2001.

Todd Burner's educational career includes a BSE from Princeton University in Civil Engineering and Operations Research, as well as attendance at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.

Todd Burner reports to Haniel J. Lynn, CEO. They work with Tom Radigan - Chief Customer Officer, Ralph Masino - Chief Financial Officer, and David Fisher - General Manager - Remote Video Monitoring.
