Katalist is an operator-led investment and venture-building platform focused on scaling technology and innovation in Malaysia’s most critical sectors.

Built by operators, we invest beyond capital — bringing real-world execution, technical depth, and strategic support to companies solving hard problems in Education, Food Security, and Healthcare.

We believe capital is a commodity. Operational expertise is not.

Katalist is led by builders who understand the friction of scaling in complex, regulated environments. We work alongside founders at the front lines — helping remove barriers, modernise systems, and turn intelligence into real outcomes.

Our approach is grounded in three pillars:

- Applied Intelligence — embedding AI and GovTech as practical operational tools
- Social Infrastructure — backing companies that strengthen essential services
- The Collective Venture Model — a hands-on network of experienced operators supporting founders as partners

At Katalist, we don’t just fund the future.

We help build the systems that run it.
