Vi Kim has progressive experience in product support and customer service, currently serving as a Senior Product Support Specialist at Katalon since May 2021, previously holding roles ranging from Junior Product Support Specialist to Customer Support Intern within the same company. Simultaneously, Vi Kim works as a Trainer at Test Mentor since September 2023.
