Ashley Springstroh

Ashley Springstroh has a diverse work experience in technical design and hybrid design roles in the apparel industry. Ashley started their career as a Technical Development Intern at JanSport in 2013. Ashley then worked as a Student Ambassador, Student Program Assistant, Teacher's Assistant, and Lab Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Stout while completing their studies from 2013 to 2015.

In 2014, Ashley was a Technical Design Intern at Target, gaining practical experience in women's ready-to-wear. Ashley then joined Columbia Sportswear Company as an Associate Technical Designer in 2015, working on the SRT team.
