James Smart

James Smart has a work experience spanning several roles and companies. James began their career at Start Corporation in 2014 as a TS Tech. In 2015, they joined Global Linking Solutions as an Advance Services Network Tech and worked there until 2018. James then joined Windstream Enterprise as an ERC Spec 1 and worked there until 2023. Currently, they are working at Katalyst as a Network Operations Engineer, starting in May 2023.

James Smart attended Rowan-Cabarrus Community College from 2018 to 2019, where they pursued continued education in Cisco Networking and obtained a degree in CCNA. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2014, they studied Computer Science at York Technical College. Additionally, in January 2018, James Smart obtained the CMNO certification from Cisco Meraki.
