Bertil Carlsén

Bertil Carlsén is a Board Professional and M&A and sustainability advisor at C-Partners, bringing 30 years of operational experience in executive roles, including CEO, COO, and CFO, across various Nordic and international companies. With a strong background in finance and IT, business strategy implementation, and corporate governance, they have served 13 years in professional board work and non-executive positions, including roles at Samhall AB and Polygon. Currently, Bertil holds multiple board leadership positions, including Chairman at Katam Technologies and LIONESS Therapeutics AB, while actively advising on sustainability and organizational improvement. Bertil obtained a Civ Ek / MSc in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics and completed the IMP programme at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
