Alexa Eng is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and member services. Since December 2017, Alexa has held various managerial positions at Katapult Network, a recruiting firm catering to millennials, focusing on launching career opportunities for recent graduates. Prior to this, Alexa worked as an HR Recruiter at Marine Credit Union, where responsibilities included full life cycle recruiting across multiple locations and building key relationships with branch managers. Alexa’s earlier experience includes roles at Target as a Salesfloor Associate/Trainer and as an Administrative Assistant at Winona State University, alongside educational credentials in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Winona State University and Chinese Studies from Shanghai International Studies University.
