Katapult Ocean is a global impact venture fund backing high-growth companies transforming ocean industries and ocean-linked systems.

As the world’s most active ocean impact investor, we back visionary founders building breakthrough technologies across transportation, circular resources, ocean data, energy, and food and water. Together, we are shaping the systems and infrastructure that will define the future of our oceans and our planet.

Born in Oslo, Katapult Ocean has invested globally since day one. Today, we operate from hubs in Oslo, Singapore, and Cape Town, fostering compound impact by working closely with founders on the frontlines of ocean challenges.

We have screened over 19,500 startups and invested in 90 companies. From sustainable seaweed production and microplastic removal to offshore wind power and desalination — technologies that work commercially and create measurable ocean impact.
