Deb Young has over 28 years of work experience, beginning with their role as Market Development Coordinator at Quill in 1993. Deb then moved to OAG as Customer Direct Marketing Coordinator in 1997, and then to GE Capital as Senior Marketing Manager in 1998. In 2002, they took on the role of Senior Product Manager at The Bradford Group, followed by Database Marketing Manager at The Professional Education Institute, Inc. in 2003. In 2006, they became Marketing Manager at Becker Professional Education and then moved to the health and wellness industry as an Entrepreneur/Social Media Influencer in 2007. From 2014 to 2015, they were Program Manager, Strategic Consulting, CRM & Database Marketing at RR Donnelley, and they are currently a Client Success Manager at Katapult.

Deb Young holds an MBA in Integrated Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University and a BA in Marketing, Business Administration, and Geography from Carthage College.
