Eric Harmon, CFA

Eric Harmon, CFA, began their career in 2003 as a Venture Capital Associate at iNetworks. In 2005, they joined Morgan Stanley as an Executive Director in their Institutional Equity Division, where they provided strategic sales and technical product expertise. In 2020, they joined UBS as an Executive Director and Alternative Data Strategist, delivering exceptional turnaround results for institutional investors, corporations, and data scientists. Also in 2020, they became a Member of the Board of Advisors at SolidusLink AG, where they drove partnership strategy to acquire more than ten global banking partners. In 2022, they joined Katapult as Head of Strategy & Corporate Development, associated with hundreds of retailers across the U.S.

Eric Harmon, CFA has a comprehensive educational background. Eric obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh between 2000 and 2005. During that same period, they also obtained a Series 7 from FINRA in 2005 and an Insurance Agent license from the Pennsylvania Insurance Department in 2002. In 2016, Eric attended the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and completed a General Course in the Department of Finance and Accounting. Eric then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Accounting and Finance from Columbia Business School, which they completed in 2018. In 2019, they obtained a Certificate in Python Analytics, including SQL and Machine Learning from Columbia University in the City of New York. Eric also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute, which they obtained in 2011.
