Heather Olson

Heather Olson has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Waitress/Bartender at TGI Fridays in 1997. Heather then moved on to become a Manager at Fattys Pub in 2000, followed by a Sales and Marketing Representative at Anheuser-Busch in 2001. In 2003, they became the Art Department Chair at Batavia Public School District 101, where they led the ceramics and sculpture curriculum, taught painting, drawing, independent study, photography and digital photography, and organized and created a multi-district High School art show. In 2007, they began working at Starbucks as a GM/District Support. In 2008, they became the North American Regional Manager/International Projects at Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics, where they contributed to double and triple digit yearly sales increases for 20+ retail locations and 2 international projects. Heather won the 2010 Manager of the Year Award as well as the Year Over Year Comp Award. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at lululemon as an SM/Regional Trainer, managing the DT Naperville store and developing a team that contributed to a $3.5 Million dollar increase. Heather also facilitated and created Chicago regional customer service training, led quarterly foundational brand courses, implemented branded holiday gifting innovation, won 2 awards, and held one of the highest profit margins in the region and brand. In 2017, they began working at Pandora as an Area Manager and Franchise Acquisition Team, SM/SM Trainer/Franchise Acquisition/Panel Member. In this role, they built teams to open up new stores, trained and onboarded new SMs, was a member of the franchise acquisition team, a member of the PANDORA brand panel, and was the lead for retail projects. In 2019, they became the Regional Business Manager at Hortons Home Lighting. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Katapult as a Regional Business Development | Fintech | Omnichannel | SaaS.

Heather Olson attended Northern Illinois University from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Art Teacher Education.
