Katasi is a Colorado-based technology company founded by executives from the telecom and aerospace industries to address an important societal need; create an effective technological solution to the growing epidemic of distracted driving that "Just Works".

We have been working since 2011 with telecom providers to develop what is widely regarded as the ultimate solution: a technology that leverages your telecom provider’s network technology to limit distractions on your phone when you are driving.

Katasi works exclusively with telecom providers that are "all-in" to stop distracted driving; they have invested millions of dollars to limit distractions on your phone.

This partnership has created a powerful solution to distracted driving. Groove. Within seconds of starting a drive, the Carrier Network is notified by the Katasi system that an individual is driving, allowing the Carrier to limit texting and other distracting capabilities on the subscriber's mobile phone according to the subscriber's wishes. Those sending texts to you while you are driving are notified that your messages are being saved until you reach your destination. Within seconds of the drive ending, full function is restored and messages are delivered.

And it gets better: GrooveGame goes beyond being a tool to restrict distractions by acknowledging focused driving, allowing drivers to compete for “best on the road”, and providing sweet rewards through our brand partners for focused drivers.

Katasi offers unequaled distracted driving prevention technology: Carrier-level distracted driving control via our telecom partners, and a tool to celebrate and reward focused drivers.
