Our team has developed a unique product offering for private clients, families and financial intermediaries. Having deployed various investment solutions for sophisticated clients, we have the required knowledge and experience to structure complex investment vehicles that deliver consistent risk-adjusted returns.

KIG deliberately focuses on short-term lending and financing opportunities. The Group is specialized in areas where capital supply is scarce and offers relatively high and stable returns for investors, including factoring, various receivables monetization opportunities, trade financing, and real estate bridge loans.

The Group currently manages in excess of $650mns with six distinct Luxembourg funds: Global Lending Opportunities Fund, Factoring Fund, Real Estate Lending Fund, European Secured Lending, Litigation Fund and Litigation Equity Partners Fund. We focus on open-ended instruments with monthly to quarterly liquidity to investors with low volatility and low correlation to traditional asset classes.
