Currently serving as the Chief People and Performance Officer at Katch, Lindsay focuses on building a human-first, tech-forward approach to performance management. Previously, Lindsay held strategic HR roles at various private-equity-backed companies, including serving as Global Head of HR at Victory Innovations and Head of People and Culture at Ideal Image, where initiatives led to significant organizational transformations and cost savings. Lindsay earned a BBA in HR and Business Law from The University of Toledo, graduating with honors.
