Devika Narula is an accomplished culinary professional with a diverse background in operations and product development, currently serving as the Manager of Operations at Kate McLeod since April 2024. Previously, Devika held key roles at Maya Kaimal Foods, LLC, where as Innovation and Product Development Manager and Product Development Chef, significant contributions were made to the commercialization of bestselling products, generating over $10 million annually. Devika co-founded Traveling Tiffin Co., developing over 150 recipes while optimizing profitability. Experience includes stages at the two Michelin star restaurant Gaggan in Bangkok and various positions within luxury hospitality, including Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Hyatt Regency. Devika's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in English and Mass Communication from the University of Delhi, attendance at The Culinary Institute of America, and ongoing studies at Le Cordon Bleu in Bangkok and London, focusing on Boulangerie and Pastry.
