Carl Allison

Carl Allison is a seasoned principal system test engineer currently employed at KATIM since May 2023, following a tenure at Lockheed Martin as the Systems Engineering Domain Lead for Battlefield Command & Control. With extensive experience at CGI as a Senior Solutions Architect and Chief Architect, overseeing technical leadership in architecture and security, Carl has also served as the Enterprise Architect at QinetiQ, where responsibilities included leading the design and development of the Network Approval Testing (NATS) system. Previous roles at Lockheed Martin UK as the Chief Engineer for the LEAPP project and various engineering positions at QinetiQ and the British Army further solidify Carl's expertise in systems engineering, network infrastructure, and tactical data link management.
