Aaron Dodez is a seasoned marketer with over two decades of experience, currently serving as the Head of Growth at Katin, an iconic surf lifestyle apparel brand. Previously, Aaron held notable roles including VP of Digital Marketing at Machinima and VP of Digital Strategy at RPA, where they led teams managing multi-faceted digital strategies for major clients. Aaron also founded Restless Human, providing consultancy for eCommerce growth strategies, and contributed to the marketing ecosystems at LendingTree and other organizations. Currently pursuing a B.S. in Marketing/International Business and an M.A. in Integrated Marketing Communications, Aaron is dedicated to evolving with the digital marketing landscape.
