Ryan Honaker

Ryan Honaker, PhD, is currently the Director of R&D at KatKin, where they oversee the growth and development of the R&D group, focusing on nutritional product formulation and scientific study execution. Previously, Ryan held the position of Director of Microbiology at both Mars and Nom Nom, as well as served as Principal Scientist and Technical Manager at EpiBiome. Ryan completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Stanford University School of Medicine, where their research centered on Helicobacter pylori's interaction with human hosts. They earned a PhD in Medical Microbiology and Bacteriology from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and a B.S. in Microbiology from Brigham Young University.
