Brian C. started their work experience as an intern at Toyota Lexus Financial in 2006. Brian then worked as a Senior Tax Consultant at Property Valuation Services from 2007 to 2013, where they managed and filed property tax accounts and attended hearings. From 2013 to 2014, Brian worked as a Network Engineer at Sprint, analyzing capacity issues and performing connectivity maintenance. Brian then joined Sprint again in 2015 as an Internal Auditor, conducting finance audits and preparing audit reports. In the same year, Brian also started working at AT&T as a Project Manager for Outside Plant Design & Engineering, where they were responsible for project planning, design, and analysis of outside plant facilities. Brian later became the Network Field Operations Manager at AT&T in 2017, overseeing operations and managing direct reports until 2019. Finally, Brian joined the Kauffman Foundation in 2019 as an Information Technology Operations Manager.

Brian C. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Brian then completed Elite Manager Training and the Technology Development Program at AT&T. In 2020, Brian enrolled in Baker University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Brian also holds certifications such as Scrum Master Certified (SMC) and SCRUMstudy Agile Master Certified (SAMC) from Centriq Training, which they obtained in May 2020.
