Mathilde Kapkowski

Mathilde Kapkowski is currently the Responsable Ressources Humaines at Kaufman & Broad, where they support managers and employees in talent development, organizational structure, and effective HR policies. Previously, they worked as an HRBP at Carrefour from 2019 to 2023, where they managed HR practices and talent development for up to 650 employees. Mathilde has also held roles in recruitment and talent management, optimizing processes and enhancing the candidate experience across various companies. They hold a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from IPAG Business School and are pursuing a degree in International Business at Kyungpook National University.
