Chadi Helwe

Chadi Helwe, Ph.D., has a robust academic and research background in artificial intelligence and computer science. Experience includes roles as a teaching assistant at American University of Beirut and Notre Dame University - Louaize, alongside various research assistant positions focusing on deep learning applications such as stock price prediction, automatic coding of discharge diagnoses, and Arabic word embeddings. Chadi's research has produced multiple publications in reputable conferences and journals. Currently serving as a postdoctoral researcher at KAUST, Chadi is engaged in the development and training of an Arabic language model, following a completed PhD at Institut Polytechnique de Paris. Prior educational credentials include a Master's degree from the American University of Beirut and a Bachelor's degree from Notre Dame University - Louaize.
