徐向明

向明 徐 is a Research Scientist at KAUST (King Abdullah University of Science and Technology), where they are engaged in developing MXenes applications in 2D micro-electronics. They previously held positions as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and a Researcher PhD Student at KAUST, focusing on wafer-scale 2D semiconductor growth and epitaxial phase conversion processes. Prior to their tenure at KAUST, they worked as an Assistant Engineer in lithography processes at Wuhan Tianma Microelectronics and Shenchao Photo-Electronics. 向明 徐 holds a PhD in Materials Sciences from KAUST and a Master's degree in Physical Chemistry of Materials from Beijing Institute of Technology.
