Rooh Khurram is currently a Staff Scientist at the KAUST Supercomputing Lab at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology in Saudi Arabia. With over 20 years of experience in computational fluid dynamics (CFD), they have conducted extensive research in various methods, including finite element methods and fluid-structure interactions. Before joining KAUST in 2012, Rooh worked as a Research Associate at McGill University and as a Research Programmer at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Rooh holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has degrees in Mechanical, Nuclear, and Aerospace Engineering. Their collaborations include partnerships with prominent companies such as Boeing and Ansys.
