John Baker

John Baker is a Senior Process Engineer at Kautex Unipart, where they have worked since 1998. In their current role, they are responsible for the new product introduction of COEX New Generation Fuel Systems Machines and overseeing the installation of an £8.5m automated production cell featuring 14 KUKA robots. With hands-on experience in various engineering disciplines, including aerospace and automotive manufacturing, John has also held several positions within the company, earning three Unipart Mark In Action awards for outstanding customer service. They are ILM Level 3 trained and actively manage machine parameters, material yield, and process improvements.
