Stefan Wind

Stefan Wind is an experienced engineering manager currently leading an international team in the development of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) cleaning systems at Kautex Textron since April 2015. With a background in mechatronics, Stefan has held various roles including Manager of Advanced Function Development, where responsibilities included overseeing the development process and establishing a mechatronic development department. Prior to that, Stefan worked as a Development Engineer and Product Engineer, focusing on customer-related tank solutions and innovative project planning in the automotive industry. Early career experiences include positions at Gebr. Willach GmbH, where Stefan contributed to the design and implementation of robotic dispensing systems in pharmacies. Education includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering (Mechatronics) from Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences and vocational training as an industrial mechanic and energy electronics technician.
