KavachAI turns the CCTV cameras a business already has into a real-time intelligence layer.

India runs on 20M+ cameras, yet almost all of them do one thing: record what went wrong, so someone can review the footage after it has already happened. We think that's backwards.

KavachAI layers real-time AI on top of existing camera infrastructure — with no new hardware — so teams can:

- Search footage in plain English — ask "show me everyone who entered after 9 PM" and get the answer in seconds, instead of scrubbing through hours of video
- Get alerted to unusual activity and safety risks as they happen, not hours later
- Run it all on the cameras they already own, across one store or many

We're starting with retail and operations teams in India, where the need is most immediate — helping them monitor process compliance, sharpen store operations, and respond to incidents in real time — and building toward the broader intelligence layer for physical security.

If you lead retail, operations, or security — or you're building in AI and computer vision — we'd love to connect.
