Robert Hess has extensive experience in the engineering field, currently serving as the Supervisor of Survey Services at Kaw Valley Engineering, Inc. since July 1999. Prior to this role, Robert was employed at Fluor Corporation from 1981 to 1996 as a Field Engineer. Robert has also pursued education at Longview Community College and Greenville Technical College.
