Lucy Lu has had a varied and extensive work experience. Lucy began their career in 2015 as a Student Ambassador at The University of Manchester, where they welcomed new students and helped them settle in their accommodation. That same year, they also began working as a Co-ordinator at Barclays UK, where they dealt with customer enquiries, advised customers on banking products, and assessed mortgage applications. In 2017, they became a Course Representative at King's College London. In 2018, they began working at RWA Financial Planning Ltd, where they were a Technical Consultant and a Client Manager. Lucy also became a candidate of the St. James's Place Paraplanning Academy in 2019. Finally, in 2021, they began working as a Practice Executive at St. James's Place Wealth Management - Asia, a FTSE 100 company and one of the largest wealth management companies in Asia with over £117billion of funds under management. In 2022, they began working as a Sales Development Representative at KAWO.
Lucy Lu started their educational journey in 2007 at Greenbank High School, where they attended until 2012. Lucy then attended King George V College from 2012 to 2014. After that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Manchester between 2014 and 2017. Lucy then earned a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from King's College London in 2018. In addition to their degree-level education, Lucy Lu has also obtained certifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute, including a Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning in August 2020, and from HubSpot Academy, including Social Media Marketing and Inbound Sales in September 2022 and August 2022, respectively.
