Tom Parker

Tom Parker has over 30 years of work experience in various IT roles. Tom started their career as a Research Assistant at Temple, Barker & Sloane in 1984. Later, they worked as an Internet Consultant at Alta Systems and was responsible for product development. In 1999, Tom became the Vice President of Internet Products and Operations at Kinetic Computer Corp., where they managed IT, product development, product marketing, and oversaw the development of the eTruck wireless application. From 2001 to 2009, Tom served as the Director of Information Technology at Shareholder.com/Nasdaq OMX Group, where they were responsible for enterprise IT management, internet operations, and network security. Tom then joined Gypsii in 2009 as the Director of IT Operations, overseeing the global build-out of colocated data centers. Currently, Tom is the VP of IT and CISO at KAYAK, a role they have held since May 2019.

Tom Parker obtained their BA in Economics from Dartmouth College from 1981-1984. Tom later pursued an MBA degree in Information Technology and Marketing from MIT Sloan School of Management between 1989 and 1991.
