Stéphane Roux

Stéphane Roux has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Stéphane is currently the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Kayentis since January 2023. Prior to this, Stéphane worked at BD for a significant period, holding various roles throughout their tenure. From May 2020 to December 2022, they served as the Director of Sales - Global & Strategic Accounts EMEA/NA, managing a portfolio of large and strategic fast-growing B2B accounts globally. Before that, Stéphane was the Director, Global Accounts from June 2015 to May 2020, overseeing the company's largest account with global responsibilities. Stéphane also held the position of Global Account Manager from September 2011 to May 2015, and earlier served as the Global Strategic Sourcing Manager from March 2007 to October 2011. Stéphane started their career at BD as a Worldwide Commodity Buyer from November 2005 to February 2007.

Prior to BD, Stéphane worked at Sanofi as a Purchasing Group Leader from October 2002 to November 2005, and at Valeo Climate Control as a Site Commodity Buyer from July 2001 to July 2002. Stéphane'searlier experience includes a role as a Purchasing Process Manager at Groupe SEB from November 1999 to May 2001.

Stéphane Roux began their education at the University of Coventry (UK) in 1995, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Science in Engineering in 1996. Stéphane then pursued further education at IAE Grenoble from 1998 to 1999, obtaining a Master's degree in Strategic Sourcing Management (DESMA). In 2020, they completed a program called "The Voice of Leadership: how leaders inspire, influence, and achieve results" at the American Management Association.
