Pawan Shaw has worked in various roles since 2015. PAWAN started their career as a Core Team Member at Alcheringa, IIT Guwahati in 2015. In 2017, they joined Flower N Petals as a Project Manager and Operation Head. In 2019, they moved to Himikara Technologies Inc. as an Entrepreneur In Residence and Operations Manager. In 2020, they worked as a Business Consultant at Bada Business Pvt. Ltd. and as a Project Manager at Edvizo. Currently, they are working as a Senior Program Manager and National Uptime Manager at Kazam.

Pawan Shaw obtained a Bachelor's of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati between 2013 and 2017. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including Email Marketing Mastery, Google Ads Mastery, Affiliate Marketing Mastery, Analytics Mastery, SEO Mastery, Facebook Ads Mastery, and Social Media Mastery from DigitalDeepak.com in 2020.
