Ruby Versfeld

Ruby Versfeld is a seasoned professional in business development and account management, currently serving as the Business Development Manager: Rewards at Kazang since January 2024. Prior to this role, Ruby worked at Cognician as an Associate Account Manager and held multiple positions at Kazang, including Account Manager and Marketing Intern. Ruby has a strong background in leadership and coaching, exemplified through the roles of Women's Water Polo Coach and Captain at the University of St Andrews, where the women's team achieved notable success. As President of the Springboks South African Society, Ruby demonstrated resilience and adaptability during the pandemic while fostering community connections. Ruby holds an MA(Hons) in Management from the University of St Andrews and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from California State University, Bakersfield.
