Michael Grindborn is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in executive roles. Currently serving as Group CFO and Head of IR at KB Components since August 2025, Michael previously held the position of CFO & Head of IR, M&A, Sustainability and IT at Balco Group from April 2019 to October 2025, and was CFO at Lammhults Design Group AB from August 2017 to February 2019. Michael's background includes significant roles at HEXPOL and Gislaved Gummi AB, where responsibilities encompassed global finance, IT, and project leadership for ERP implementations. Michael's earlier experience also includes leadership positions at Megufo AB, Recticel, and Animex, as well as board positions at Företagshälsan Nissadalen.
