Douglas Guy

Douglas Guy is an experienced professional in the construction and homebuilding industry, currently serving as Division President at KB Home since April 2021. Previous roles include VP of Construction at Standard Pacific Homes, Owner of Universal Recovery LLC—a custom builder specializing in complex projects in Central Florida, and VP of Operations for Insurance Services Construction Corp. in Florida. Douglas also held executive positions at Levitt and Sons and Morrison Homes, alongside a tenure as VP of Construction at Landstar Homes. Educationally, Douglas holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the University of South Florida.
