Ray Lass

Ray Lass is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in various accounting roles. Currently serving as an Accounting Manager at KB Home since March 2016, Ray oversees general ledger accounting for the southern California division, managing month-end close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and financial statements. Prior to this position, Ray worked as a Property Accountant at Alliance Residential Company, handling the full accounting cycle for luxury multifamily properties. Ray's earlier experience includes roles as a Staff Accountant and Accounting Clerk at First Midwest Bank, along with serving as Office Manager/Senior Bookkeeper at A.R. Lass Construction Services, Inc. Ray holds a Master's degree in Accountancy from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Benedictine University, and an Associate of Arts degree from Waubonsee Community College.
