Ryan Kemp

Ryan Kemp is an experienced executive in the homebuilding industry, currently serving as Division President at KB Home since April 2018. Prior to this role, Ryan was the Division Manager at CalAtlantic Homes from June 2017 to February 2018. Ryan's extensive background includes a decade at Oakpointe Communities, where positions held ranged from Division President - Homebuilding to Director of Business Operations, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager. Earlier in Ryan's career, land acquisition and project management were the focus during tenure at Premier Communities and Trinity Land Development from May 2005 to March 2007. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Real Estate from Washington State University, earned between 2000 and 2005.
