Stan Katanic

Stan Katanic currently serves as the Division President and Executive Vice President at KB Home, holding these positions since October 2022. Katanic previously worked as Market Manager for Land at Ryan Homes from June 2016 to October 2022. Prior to that, Katanic spent over a decade at Pulte Homes as Vice President of Land Acquisition & Development, from June 2005 to May 2016. Katanic began a career in the construction and development industry as a Project Manager at GPD Associates from November 1999 to June 2005. Stan Katanic earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Akron from 1995 to 1999.
