Steve Ruffner

Steve Ruffner is an experienced leader in the real estate industry, serving as President and Regional General Manager for KB Home Coastal and Inland Empire since November 1987. In this role, Steve oversees the Southern California Coastal Markets, including San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles County, and Ventura County. Previously, Steve held the position of President for KB Home Southern California, managing operations across the entire region. Additionally, Steve served as President of the BIA Riverside County Chapter from 2009 to January 2010. Steve earned a degree in Business with a focus on Real Estate from the University of Arizona and attended Newport Harbor High School and Granada High School.
