Riley Balling

Riley Balling is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in patent law and engineering. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Fogg & Powers LLC and as an Associate at Kunzler Law Group since January 2019, Riley previously held roles including Patent Attorney at Fogg & Powers LLC from 2010 to 2017 and Patent Engineer at ALG IP from 2008 to 2009. Additional experience includes a Summer Associate position at Thorpe North & Western and a Software Engineer role at L-3 Communications CSW. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from BYU Law School, a Master's in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah, and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
