Anke Claes

Anke Claes is currently a Product Owner and Process Manager at KBC Bank & Verzekering, starting in March 2024. Prior to this role, Anke worked at Cevora from August 2015 to March 2024, holding positions including Project Manager, Head of Quality & Process, Quality Manager, and Coordinator-Product Manager, focusing on continuous improvement and fostering a quality customer-centered culture. Anke's earlier experience includes roles in youth training programs at KSA Nationaal and KSJ Antwerpen-Brabant, as well as involvement with the European Association for Practitioner Research on Improving Learning (EAPRIL) as a Project Officer. Anke holds a Master's degree in Educational Science with a focus on Education & Corporate Training, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from KU Leuven.
