Anne van Boles

Anne van Boles serves as the Head of Reward & International Mobility at KBC Bank & Verzekering since March 2020, where responsibilities include developing a comprehensive reward strategy, managing variable remuneration schemes, and overseeing employment-related benefits and budget management. Prior to this role, Anne held positions at PwC Legal Belgium from September 2013 to March 2020, including Manager and Senior Associate in Employment Law, providing legal expertise on compensation, employee mobility, and social security. Anne's educational background includes a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Law from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, as well as a recent degree in Compensation & Benefits Management from Vlerick Business School. Additionally, an internship in social law at the Brussels Labour Court further complemented the legal experience.
