Ellen Willemen

Ellen Willemen is an accomplished event manager and commercial advisor with extensive experience in project management, marketing, and entrepreneurship promotion. Currently, Ellen serves as an Eventmanager and Commercieel adviseur at KBC Bank & Verzekering since August 2011. Prior to this role, Ellen held the position of Sales & Marketing Manager at VIA FUTURA, where expertise in internet communication and web applications was developed. Ellen's experience also includes serving as Regioverantwoordelijke at Voka - Kamer van Koophandel Antwerpen-Waasland, focusing on event management and innovation projects, and as Projectcoördinator at Vlaamse Jonge Ondernemingen vzw, promoting entrepreneurship among youth through project guidance and event organization. Ellen gained initial experience as an intern at ING and holds multiple education credentials, including a Pedagogisch Bekwaamheidsbewijs from Plantijnhogeschool van de provincie Antwerpen and advanced studies at Universiteit Antwerpen Management School and Karel de Grote' Hogeschool Antwerpen.
